Good hotel but they need to ensure all staff training is up to the required standard
The Oaks is in a good location and the room we had was clean and very comfortable. Really enjoyed having an evening meal and breakfast at the rooftop restaurant. The food was good value for money and the serving staff were attentive.
The check in was below my expectations at a quality hotel with insuffient information provided about the facilities and room features (E.g WiFi). We were then told that extra coffee pods could be purchased at 1 dollar each. After a very lengthy flight we didn’t need to have our attention directed to the extra cost!
